Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os benefícios e as dificuldades enfrentadas por parte dos agricultores brasileiros que impossibilita uma expansão do sistema de gerenciamento das propriedades rurais utilizando softwares de caráter administrativo. A análise se baseia nos empecilhos físico-estruturais e culturais que garantem uma resistência do setor agrícola para inovações deste âmbito, e demonstra soluções e melhorias que poderão ocorrer caso a computação se torne mais presente no cotidiano dos agricultores.

This work aims to analyze the benefits and difficulties faced by Brazilian farmers that make it impossible to expand the management system of rural properties using administrative software. The analysis is based on the physical-structural and cultural obstacles that guarantee the resistance of the agricultural sector to innovations in this scope and demonstrates solutions and improvements that can occur if it becomes more present in the daily lives of farmers.
