Resumo

O presente estudo busca refletir sobre as transformações da prática docente durante o ensino remoto, sob a ótica da participação dos alunos durante o Regime de Exercícios Domiciliares Especiais - REDE da UFSM. No estudo, foram analisadas as atividades do primeiro bimestre de 2021, de uma turma de 59 alunos matriculados na disciplina de Psicologia Aplicada à Administração “A”, do curso de Administração Diurno, resgatando-se as percepções dos discentes. As análises apresentadas visam contribuir com a reflexão do ensino da Administração e em específico em relação ao comportamento humano e suas relações de trabalho, considerando os distintos ambientes de mercado e as demandas psico-sociais que podem influenciar o comportamento do futuro administrador. O estudo demonstrou que, frente a diversificação de atividades propostas, houve engajamento dos alunos na participação das atividades, sendo possível refletir que frente ao cenário desafiador do ensino remoto, a participação dos alunos permitiu o desenvolvimento de reflexões produtivas sobre o comportamento humano e suas relações de trabalho no ambiente acadêmico e organizacional.

This study aims to reflect on the transformations of teaching practice during remote education, from the perspective of student participation during the Special Home Exercises Regime – REDE at UFSM. In the study, the activities of the first two months of 2021, of a class of 59 students enrolled in the discipline of Psychology Applied to Administration “A”, of the daytime administration course, were analyzed, rescuing the perceptions of the students. The analyzes presented aim to contribute to the reflection of administration education and specifically to human behavior and its work relationships, considering the different market environments and the psychosocial demands that can influence the behavior of the future administrators. The study showed that, given the diversification of activities proposed, there was engagement of students in participating in the activities, which allowed the development of productive reflections on human behavior and their work relationships.
