Resumo

O processo produtivo nas indústrias passa por significativas transformações, o incremento de tecnologias é constante, exigindo a inserção das empresas em um mercado cada vez mais competitivo, a produção e demanda de mercado tem transformado o até então chão de fábrica em linhas de produção robotizadas convencionalmente denominadas fábricas inteligentes, justificando o termo devido às inovações incrementais da internet das coisas e dos serviços e os sistemas físicos cibernéticos. A quarta revolução é uma realidade mundial, a competitividade gerada pelo exigente mercado provoca uma nova ordem nos fatores tradicionais de produção. Na chamada fábrica inteligente, é possível ter respostas mais rápidas com a capacidade de autogestão, coletando-se, transferindo-se e manuseando-se dados e informações desde a entrada da matéria prima até a entrega do produto ao cliente final, podendo ainda prever possíveis problemas e propor imediatas soluções ao longo processo produtivo. Muitos países já aderiram à alta tecnologia nas indústrias, revolucionando o mercado e a relação homem x máquina. Em razão da relevância deste tema, justificado a poucos estudos na área, a presente pesquisa objetivou realizar uma abordagem teórica, expondo sua aplicabilidade bem como atual conjuntura na realidade brasileira. Adotando-se como método uma pesquisa bibliográfica exploratória, com auxílio de autores mais relevantes sobre o tema. A realidade brasileira é ainda incipiente frente às mudanças inovativas provocadas pela Indústria 4.0. Atraso justificável pela falta de investimentos, equipamentos com tecnologia embarcada, adaptação de processos e incentivos públicos/privados.

The productive process in the industries goes through significant transformations, the increment of technologies is constant, demanding the insertion of the companies in an increasingly competitive market, the production and market demand has transformed the hitherto factory floor into conventionally robotic production lines. called intelligent factories, justifying the term due to the incremental innovations of the internet of things and services and cyber physical systems. The fourth revolution is a worldwide reality, the competitiveness generated by the demanding market provokes a new order in the traditional factors of production. In the so-called intelligent factory, it is possible to have faster responses with self-management capacity, collecting, transferring and handling data and information from the input of the raw material to the delivery of the product to the end customer. problems and propose immediate solutions throughout the production process. Due to the relevance of this theme, justified by few studies in the area, this research aimed to carry out a theoretical approach, exposing its applicability as well as current conjuncture in the Brazilian reality. Adopting as an method an exploratory bibliographic research, with the help of more relevant authors on the subject. The Brazilian reality is still incipient in face of the innovative changes brought about by Industry 4.0. Delay justified by lack of investments, equipment with embedded technology, process adaptation and public / private incentives.
