Resumo

O presente artigo visa atribuir correlações entre a ocupação dos espaços urbanos com o viés no urbanismo e os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) propostos pela ONU (Organização das Nações Unidas) além de relacionar as estratégias com o termo de cidades inteligentes e sustentáveis. A metodologia foi baseada em pesquisa bibliográfica acerca da terminologia Smart City e referente à urbanismo sustentável. Mais precisamente o trabalho, vincula as seis dimensões de cidades inteligentes incorporadas em 2007 por Giffnger (economia inteligente, mobilidade inteligente, meio-ambiente inteligente, pessoas inteligentes, qualidade de vida inteligente e governança inteligente), o 11º Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (Tornar as cidades e os assentamentos humanos inclusivos, seguros, resilientes e sustentáveis) e seus subtópicos com as atribuições de urbanismo sustentável propostos pela autora (ocupação inteligente do dos espaços urbanos, sistema de mobilidade adequável e sustentável, design biofílico entre espaços naturais e construídos, identidade e pertencimento social). Foi desenvolvido tabelas e figuras que demonstram a hierarquia e convergência entre os termos citados para melhor visualização e estruturação do conteúdo. Conclui-se portanto que há um alinhamento claro entre os objetivos e estes devem ser investigados de forma a propor projetos claros ao seu desenvolvimento inteligente.

This article aims to attribute correlations between the occupation of urban spaces with the bias in urbanism and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proposed by the United Nations (UN) and to relate its strategies to the term of smart and sustainable cities. The methodology was based on bibliographic research about the Smart City terminology and referring to sustainable urbanism. More precisely, the work links Giffnger's six dimensions of smart cities incorporated in 2007 (smart economy, smart mobility, smart environment, smart people, smart living and smart governance), the 11th Sustainable Development Goal (make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable) and their subtopics with the author's attributions of sustainable urbanism (intelligent occupation of urban spaces, adequate and sustainable mobility system, biophilic design between natural and built spaces, identity and social inclusion). Tables and figures were developed to demonstrate the hierarchy and convergence between the terms mentioned for better visualization and structuring of the content. It is therefore concluded that there is a clear alignment between the objectives and these should be investigated in order to propose clear projects for their smart development.
