Resumo

Este artigo teve como objetivo desenvolver um projeto social de empoderamento feminino com características sustentáveis e inovadoras, despertando no público alvo, mulheres que almejam independência financeira e autovalorização sua capacidade para empreender de forma sustentável e inovadora. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos, foram realizadas, primeiramente, pesquisas específicas dedicadas às áreas do empreendedorismo e sustentabilidade, logística verde, bem como a estruturação de projetos e noções de concorrência. Após aprofundar-se no tema proposto, realizou-se a coleta de dados através de pesquisas de mercado, onde foram abordadas as principais necessidades para as mulheres sentirem-se auto realizadas perante a sociedade. Além de dados relacionados à participação da mulher na economia e dados estatísticos de feminicídio. Os resultados apontam que reconhecimento da mulher como ser digno e capaz com potencial de desenvolvimento e auto sustento são as principais buscas femininas, visto que em muitos casos permanecem em relacionamentos abusivos pela falta de meios de prover seu sustento de forma adequada e digna. Constatou-se com isso que o projeto de empoderamento feminino é um meio rápido e eficiente de dar essa contribuição à sociedade feminina que, até hoje enfrenta o assédio moral, social e sexual dentro e fora de casa e precisa de meios para se libertar e adquirir sua independência financeira e social. Várias instituições têm trabalhado no sentido da equidade no mercado de trabalho, mas é preciso qualificar as mulheres para que elas possam buscar seu espaço. Assim nasceu o projeto de Empoderamento Feminino – Sustentabilidade e Empreendedorismo na Busca pelo ODS 5.

This article aimed to develop a social project for female empowerment with sustainable and innovative characteristics, awakening in the target audience, women who aspire to financial independence and self-valorization of their ability to undertake in a sustainable and innovative way. To achieve the proposed objectives, first, specific researches were carried out dedicated to the areas of entrepreneurship and sustainability, green logistics, as well as the structuring of projects and notions of competition. After delving into the proposed theme, data were collected through market research, which addressed the main needs for women to feel self-fulfilled in society. In addition to data related to the participation of women in the economy and statistical data on femicide. The results point out that the recognition of women as a dignified and capable being with the potential for development and self-support are the main female searches, since in many cases they remain in abusive relationships due to the lack of means to provide their livelihood in an adequate and dignified manner. With that, it was verified that the female empowerment project is a quick and efficient way to make this contribution to the female society that, until today faces moral, social and sexual harassment inside and outside the home and needs means to free itself and acquire their financial and social independence. Several institutions have been working towards equity in the labor market, but it is necessary to qualify women so that they can seek their space. Thus was born the project of Female Empowerment - Sustainability and Entrepreneurship in the Search for the ODS 5.
