Resumo

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo identificar no setor coureiro-calçadista, quais são os principais elementos que podem influenciar na saúde do trabalhador, bem como, o que está sendo feito para solucionar esse problema. A metodologia utilizada foi o estudo de caso, por meio da aplicação de um questionário com perguntas objetivas para identificar entre os funcionários quais seriam esses fatores. Após ser feita a análise dos questionários concluiu-se que o objetivo do trabalho foi alcançado, visto que, além de conseguir identificar os fatores que influenciam na saúde destes trabalhadores. É notável ainda, que este assunto precisa ser estudado com maior profundidade para que se avance nos debates sobre a saúde dos trabalhadores.

This study aimed to identify in the leather-footwear sector, which are the main elements that can influence the health of the worker, as well as, what is being done to solve this problem. The methodology used was the case study, through the application of a questionnaire with objective questions to identify among the employees what these factors would be. After analyzing the questionnaires, it was concluded that the objective of the work was achieved, since, in addition to being able to identify the factors that influence the health of these workers. It is also noteworthy that this subject needs to be studied in greater depth to advance the debates on workers' health.
