Resumo

O patrimônio arquitetônico conta um pouco da história, além de manifestar expressões de arte e cultura de diversos povos. Com o passar dos anos e o constante crescimento das cidades, muito do patrimônio histórico arquitetônico existente no Brasil foi sendo perdido, por falta de cuidado e manutenção ou, ainda, para dar lugar a novas construções. Dessa forma, o presente artigo tem como objetivo identificar as edificações antigas remanescentes em uma pequena cidade do interior do estado do Rio Grande do Sul: Crissiumal/RS e, posteriormente, realizar o resgate das características originais de uma edificação por meio da tecnologia BIM aplicada à realidade aumentada. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter exploratório, que apresenta como resultado um modelo realista em 3D de uma edificação conforme foi construída originalmente. Para tanto, fez-se necessário a realização de medições in loco para, posteriormente, recriar a planta baixa através do software Revit. Logo após, foi realizada a modelagem da edificação em 3D utilizando o software Sketchup, recriando as formas originais da edificação. Por fim, a modelagem criada foi importada para o aplicativo Augin de realidade aumentada, podendo ser visualizada através da câmera do smartphone. Através desta pesquisa, foi possível concluir que a realidade aumentada é uma ferramenta que pode auxiliar na salvaguarda e também no resgate de características originais de edificações antigas, que por ventura foram perdidas com o passar do tempo.

The architectural heritage tells a little of history, in addition to manifest expressions of art and culture of different peoples. Over the years and the constant growth of cities, much of the existing architectural heritage in Brazil has been lost, due to lack of care and maintenance, or even to make way for new constructions. Thus, this article aims to identify the remaining old buildings in a small town in the interior of the state of Rio Grande do Sul: Crissiumal/RS and, later, carry out the rescue of the original characteristics of a building through the applied BIM technology to augmented reality. This is an exploratory research, which results in a realistic 3D model of a building as it was originally built. Therefore, it was necessary to carry out measurements in loco to later recreate the floor plan using the Revit software. Soon after, the building was modeled in 3D using Sketchup software, recreating the building's original shapes. Finally, the model created was imported into the augmented reality application Augin, which can be viewed through the smartphone camera. Through this research, it was possible to conclude that augmented reality is a tool that can help to safeguard and also rescue original features of old buildings, which by chance were lost over time.
