Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho é discutir a configuração da produção científica sobre a felicidade do trabalho nas bases de dados internacionais ISI Web of Science (WOS) e Scopus. Do ponto de vista metodológico, o estudo foi desenvolvido seguindo as leis de Bradford, Lotka e Zipf em busca dos principais autores e sua produtividade, temas correlatos abordados e sua evolução no período 2011-2020. Os dados foram tratados utilizando os softwares R e Excel®. Os resultados sinalizaram que os principais estudos sobre felicidade no trabalho estão associados à psicologia positiva, um movimento cujo principal tema é o bem-estar e que o principal critério para mensuração é o florescimento no trabalho.

The objective of this review is to discuss the configuration of scientific production on the happiness at work in the international databases ISI Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus. From a methodological viewpont, the study was developed following the of Bradford law, Lotka law and Zipf law in search of the main authors and their productivity, related topics covered and their evolution in the period 2011-2020. Data were processed using R and Excel® software. The results indicated that the main studies on happiness at work are associated with positive psychology, a movement whose main theme is well-being and that the main measurement criterion is flourishing at work.
