Resumo

Este trabalho teve como objetivo caracterizar o perfil dos trabalhadores de pequenas propriedades rurais que promovem a agriculta familiar no município de Moju-PA. Trata-se de um estudo de caso que foi realizado através de roteiro/entrevista semiestruturada. Os dados foram coletados através de formulário e a análise dos dados qualitativos foi realizada mediante a utilização do software IRAMUTEQ e de planilha eletrônica. Os resultados encontrados pelo processamento de dados observou que os termos evocados dos participantes basearam-se em dois núcleos distinto e relacionado aos trabalhadores e tecnologias, ligados/intermediados por técnicas agrícolas. E por fim o resultado do nível de satisfação dos agricultores quanto as condições gerais de suas atividades destaca que o item Treinamento e Capacitação obteve o pior índice de satisfação, visto que, 80% dos entrevistados relatou que o mesmo é péssimo.

This study aimed to characterize the profile of workers on small rural properties that promote family farming in the municipality of Moju-PA. This is a case study that was carried out through a script/semi-structured interview. Data were collected through a form and the analysis of qualitative data was performed using the IRAMUTEQ software and an electronic spreadsheet. The results found by data processing observed that the terms evoked by the participants were based on two distinct nuclei related to workers and technologies, linked/intermediated by agricultural techniques. And finally, the result of the level of satisfaction of farmers regarding the general conditions of their activities highlights that the Training and Qualification item had the worst satisfaction rate, since 80% of respondents reported that it is terrible.
