Reumo
This study aimed to analyze how the students of the Economics course of the FEAAC - UFC behave when exposed to decision making involving employment choices between the public and private sectors in the light of the Perspective Theory, proposing to verify if the students tend to follow the framing effect, that is, if they change their choices according to a change in the framing of the question. For this, two questionnaires were applied: one about the sociodemographic data of the respondents and another about the framing effect, applied to the students of the first and second semesters of the day and night shifts. The results indicated differences in the profile of the respondents of the two shifts, revealed the incidence of the individuals to the framing effect and showed that the agents were averse to the risk in the area of gains and risk-prone in the field of losses, corroborating with the statement of Perspective Theory and with previous research.
