Resumo

O artigo teve por objetivo apresentar uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema inserção profissional, pesquisando a produção acadêmica em cinco bases de dados, sendo SPELL, SciELO, EBSCO, PEPSIC e CAPES, sem delimitação de série-histórica. Antes se procedeu a uma fundamentação teórica sobre o tema, como estratégia de ambientação do leitor ao tema e ao conceito de inserção profissional adotado. Uma busca preliminar em tais bases dados apontou 571 artigos que possuíam relação com o tema, porém, somente 51 estudos foram considerados válidos: quatro artigos da base SPELL, 22 artigos da SciELO, três artigos da PePSIC e 22 artigos do portal de periódicos CAPES. Nenhum artigo da base de dados EBSCO atendeu ao tema e aos critérios estabelecidos na pesquisa. De forma geral, os trabalhos analisados, independente do ano de publicação ou do cenário socioeconômico que os circundam, problematizam a crise do mercado de trabalho e da educação, a juventude sob o olhar das desigualdades sociais e econômicas, as iniciativas privadas e públicas, especificamente políticas públicas educacionais e profissionais com atendimento prioritário à camada juvenil de baixa renda; e as identidades, expectativas e experiências profissionais. Contudo, sente-se falta de um avanço no campo, isto é, estudos que renovem as perspectivas de entendimento ou que concentrem ainda mais seus esforços nas realidades investigadas. Ainda, percebe-se a possibilidade de associação da teoria de inserção francesa com outros quadros teóricos, pois ela permite analisar múltiplos grupos sociais

The article aimed to present a bibliographic review on the subject of professional insertion, researching the academic production in five databases, being SPELL, SciELO, EBSCO, PEPSIC and CAPES, without delimitation of historical series. Previously, a theoretical basis on the theme was developed, as a strategy for the reader to set the theme and the concept of professional insertion adopted. A preliminary search in these databases pointed out 571 articles that had a relation with the subject, however, only 51 studies were considered valid: four articles from the SPELL database, 22 articles from SciELO, three articles from PePSIC and 22 articles from the CAPES journal portal. No article in the EBSCO database has met the theme and criteria established in the research. In general, the studies analyzed, regardless of the year of publication or the socioeconomic scenario that surrounds them, problematize the crisis of the labor market and education, youth under the perspective of social and economic inequalities, private and public initiatives, specifically educational and professional public policies with priority attention to the low-income youth; and the identities, expectations and professional experiences. However, there is a lack of progress in the field, that is, studies that renew the perspectives of understanding or concentrate even more their efforts on the realities investigated. Also, the possibility of associating the theory of French insertion with other theoretical frameworks is perceived, since it allows analyzing multiple social groups.
