Resumo

Este artigo contempla o processo de inserção do software de controle financeiro voltado para MEI’s e Microempresas chamado AcompanhaME® desenvolvido pelo SEBRAE-DF. Através de uma pesquisa-ação realizada em uma panificadora caracterizada como microempresa da cidade de Sant’Ana do Livramento-RS, foi possível implementar o uso da ferramenta durante o mês de julho de 2017 a fim de evidenciar como ocorreria a implementação no que diz respeito a proposição de melhoria do controle financeiro da empresa e os processos que a compõe. No decorrer do estudo, foram apresentados e debatidos os números coletados e organizados pelo software diagnosticando uma melhor organização e controle nas finanças da empresa, o que possibilitou novas tomadas de decisões dentro da empresa, como por exemplo reorganização do período de pagamentos de boletos bancários junto à fornecedores. Outro ponto avaliado foi a satisfatória operação do software por parte da proprietária da organização, pois devido a um breve treinamento antes do início do estudo foi possível transmitir a ela o funcionamento de forma simplificada do software, contemplando suas funcionalidades a fim de promover uma redução na dificuldade de adaptação durante o período estudado.

This article contemplates the process of insertion of financial control software aimed at MEI's and Microenterprises called AcompanhaME® developed by SEBRAE-DF. Through an action research carried out in a bakery characterized as a microenterprise of the city of Sant'Ana do Livramento-RS, it was possible to implement the use of the tool during the month of July 2017 in order to show how the implementation would occur with respect the proposition of improvement of the financial control of the company and the processes that compose it. In the course of the study, the numbers collected and organized by the software were presented and debated, diagnosing a better organization and control in the company's finances, which made possible new decisions within the company, such as reorganization of the bank payment period together to suppliers. Another point evaluated was the satisfactory operation of the software by the owner of the organization, because due to a brief training before the beginning of the study it was possible to transmit to it the simplified operation of the software, contemplating its functionalities in order to promote a reduction in difficulty during the study period.
