Resumo

No âmbito nacional e internacional, a problemática que envolve o destino correto dos resíduos sólidos não é recente. Sob a ótica do consumo cada vez mais exagerado e em quantidade cada vez mais volumosas e desproporcionais de descarte, possuir um destino correto nos âmbitos municipais para todo resíduo sólido gerado é fundamental. A Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos (PNRS), instituída no ano de 2010, sob a Lei Federal N° 12.305 de 2010, surgiu como uma forma de assegurar que a geração de resíduos sólidos sofresse um descarte correto, os direitos ambientais fossem assegurados, a responsabilidade fosse compartilhada entre os diversos atores envolvidos, e que possibilitasse a geração de emprego e renda aos catadores de materiais reutilizáveis e recicláveis por meio da formação de cooperativas. Dessa forma, a presente pesquisa possui como objetivo descrever os estudos realizados a respeito das relações da gestão municipal no atendimento à Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos no âmbito brasileiro nos últimos cinco anos. Por meio de uma revisão sistemática integrativa traz um levantamento das pesquisas realizadas no período de 2012-2017, disponibilizados nas plataformas Scielo e Periódico Capes.

At national and international level, the problem of the correct disposal of solid waste is not recent. From the point of view of the increasingly exaggerated consumption and the increasingly large and disproportionate amount of waste, having a correct destination in the municipal areas for all solid waste generated is fundamental. The National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS), instituted in 2010, under Federal Law No. 12,305 of 2010, emerged as a way to ensure that solid waste generation was properly disposed of, environmental rights were ensured, responsibility to be shared among the various actors involved, and to enable the generation of employment and income for collectors of reusable and recyclable materials through the formation of cooperatives. In this way, the present research aims to describe the studies carried out regarding the relations of the municipal management in the service of the National Policy of Solid Waste in the Brazilian scope in the last five years. Through an integrative systematic review it brings a survey of the researches carried out in the period of 2012-2017, available on the platforms Scielo and Capes Periodical.
