Resumo

O presente estudo tem como objetivo discutir como a inventariação dos atrativos turísticos poderá subsidiar na ascensão do turismo sustentável na região da Quarta Colônia/RS. Entende-se como inventário o levantamento de informações que subsidiem o planejamento do turismo na construção de estratégias sobre o que realmente se pretende para um destino. Este é o primeiro estágio para que uma região turística se torne uma unidade de referência e possa se desenvolver dentro das premissas do turismo sustentável. Para tal, o presente estudo se baseia em um estudo de caso, qualitativo e descritivo que contemplará a inventariação da oferta turística da Quarta Colônia/RS. Com relação à coleta de dados, será elaborado um instrumento com base no formulário de pesquisa proposto pelo Projeto Inventário da Oferta Turística, elaborado pelo Ministério do Turismo, no ano 2011, que tem como finalidade nortear e facilitar o processo de dimensionamento da oferta turística brasileira. Esses serão tabulados, para que após análise seja elaborado relatório final, do qual resultará a inventariação da oferta turística dos municípios da Quarta Colônia/RS. Com as informações obtidas pela pesquisa será possível verificar fragilidades a serem corrigidas e potencialidades a serem exploradas no intuito de definir estratégias para dinamizar a cadeia produtiva do turismo na região.

The present study aims to discuss how the inventory of tourist attractions can generate sustainable tourism in the region of the Quarta Colônia/RS/Brazil. The inventory is the collection of information that underpins the planning of tourism and help in the construction of strategies on what is really intended for a destination. Is the first stage for a tourism region to develop within the premises of sustainable tourism. For this, the present study is based on a qualitative and descriptive case study that will build the inventory of the tourist offer of Quarta Colônia/RS/Brazil. For the collection of data, an instrument will be prepared based on the research form proposed by the Inventory Project of the Tourism Offer, prepared by the Ministry of Tourism, in 2011. This form has the purpose of guiding and facilitating the process of dimensioning the Brazilian tourist offer. The forms will be tabulated, so that a final report is produced, which will result in the inventory of the tourist offer of Quarta Colônia/RS/Brazil. With the information obtained it will be possible to verify weaknesses to be corrected and potential to be explored in order to define strategies to boost the tourism productive chain in the region.
