Resumo

O mundo em transformação constante, a vertiginosa velocidade da informação e a expansão da comunicação em rede mundial contribuem para eclosão de paisagens permeadas de parado-xos. Esse é um quadro imanente das relações sociais virtuais onde, cotidianamente, surgem situações que tangenciam a privacidade e a dignidade humana. Assim, o hábito do uso das redes sociais disponíveis na internet pressupõe exposição de informações que, em sua maioria, atribuem visibilidade a conteúdos que tradicionalmente figuravam somente em um campo de natureza íntima ou pessoal. Mas o que leva o indivíduo a expor a sua vida privada sem quais-quer ressalvas? A disseminação de conteúdos circunscritos à esfera privada pode gerar confli-tos e danos de difícil reversão. Pode, por outro lado, permitir uma dialética enriquecedora com o interlocutor. Diante desse contexto, urge a análise de aspectos das relações estabelecidas virtualmente que repercutem na vida das pessoas e que podem trazer reflexos ao seu gerencia-mento. Sob esse prisma, objetiva-se, através do método dedutivo-comparativo, balizado por pesquisa bibliográfica, analisar à luz do direito e da psicologia, essa forma de manifestação da comunicação humana contemporânea e assim, contribuir com o desenvolvimento social de pessoas, descortinando a extimidade e sua possibilidade de construção identitária em tempos desafiadoramente fluídos.

The world in constant transformation, the dizzying speed of information and the expansion of global network communication contribute to the outbreak of landscapes permeated by paradoxes. This is an immanent picture of virtual social relations where situations arise every day that touch on privacy and human dignity. Thus, the habit of using social networks available on the Internet presupposes exposure of information that, for the most part, gives visibility to content that traditionally appeared only in a field of an intimate or personal nature. But what leads the individual to expose his private life without any reservations? The dissemination of contents circumscribed to the private sphere can generate conflicts and damages that are difficult to reverse. It can, on the other hand, allow an enriching dialectic with the interlocutor. Given this context, it is urgent to analyze aspects of virtually established relationships that have repercussions on the life of people and that can bring reflexes to their management. From this point of view, the deductive-comparative method, based on bibliographical research, aims at analyzing, in the light of law and psychology, this form of manifestation of contemporary human communication and, thus, contributing to the management of people, discoursing the extimacy as a possibility of identity building in challengingly fluid times.
