Resumo

O estudo teve por objetivo verificar a viabilidade econômico-financeira na aquisição de uma colheitadeira agrícola para prestação de serviços. A pesquisa apresenta uma abordagem quali-quantitativa com dados coletados por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo realizada junto a revendedores de máquinas agrícolas e com produtores rurais. Para analisar o projeto, foram utilizadas as técnicas de VPL, TIR e TMA, nas quais demonstram que o projeto é considerado viável, pois apresenta o valor do VPL de R$ 187.584,21 e com TIR de 13,37%. Concluiu-se que o projeto que contempla a aquisição de uma colheitadeira agrícola é viável para atuar na região de Palmeira das Missões, desde que a máquina esteja em atividade cinquenta dias ao ano, no entanto o retorno obtido nesta atividade poderá apresentar retornos maiores se a prestação de serviços iniciar na região centro-oeste do país e em seguida na região sul, desta maneira seria possível realizar a colheita em uma maior quantidade de áreas e consequentemente aumentar o valor obtido no VPL e TIR e com isso apresentar uma viabilidade do projeto ainda maior.

The objective of the study was to verify the economic-financial feasibility of acquiring agricultural harvesters for service rendering. The research presents a qualitative-quantitative approach with data collected through bibliographic, documentary and field research carried out with agricultural machinery dealers and farmers. In order to analyze the project, the VPL, TIR and TMA techniques were used, in which they demonstrate that the project is considered viable, since it presents VPL value of R $ 187,584.21 and with TIR of 13.37%. It was concluded that the project that contemplates the acquisition of an agricultural harvester is feasible to operate in the region of Palmeira das Missões, provided that the machine is in operation fifty days a year, however the return obtained in this activity may present higher returns if the service in the central-western region of the country and then in the south region, in this way it would be possible to harvest in a larger number of areas and consequently increase the value obtained in the VPL and TIR and thus present a viability of the project bigger.
