Resumo

A presente pesquisa traz em seu referencial teórico o conceito de cooperativismo e seus sete princípios norteadores, sendo eles, o princípio da adesão voluntária e livre, gestão democrática e livre, participação econômica dos membros , autonomia e independência, educação, formação e informação, intercooperação e interesse pela comunidade, com o levantamento do problema com escopo de diagnóstio se os jovens tangaraenses de ensino médio de escolas públicas e privadas detém conhecimento ou não sobre a ciência cooperativista. A metodologia utilizada fora a descritiva quantitativa com aplicação de questionário digital através da plataforma do google forms para apuração do resultado, o qual revelou que grande parte do público pesquisado não tem conhecimento sobre cooperativismo e seus princípios e ainda, desconhecem o trabalho em cooperação. Sendo assim, de forma urgente, há necessidade das instituições cooperativas se voltarem ao público jovem de Tangará da Serra/MT para implantação de cursos de educação cooperativa e criação de cooperativas incubadoras possibilitando a esses jovens mudarem os paradigmas de pensamento e comportamento.

The present research brings in its theoretical reference the concept of cooperativism and its seven guiding principles, being the principle of voluntary and free membership, democratic and free management, economic participation of members, autonomy and independence, education, training and information, intercooperation and interest in the community, with a survey of the problem with the scope of diagnosis, whether young Tanagers of high school in public and private schools have knowledge or not about cooperative science. The methodology used was the quantitative descriptive with the application of a digital questionnaire through the platform of google forms to determine the result, which revealed that a large part of the public researched has no knowledge about cooperativism and its principles and also, are not aware of the work in cooperation. Therefore, there is an urgent need for the cooperative institutions to return to the young public of Tangará da Serra / MT to implement cooperative education courses and the creation of incubator cooperatives, enabling these young people to change the paradigms of thought and behavior.
