Resumo

A partilha do conhecimento como processo da gestão do conhecimento torna-se fator importante a se considerar nas instituições de ensino superior, pois é caracterizada como estratégia eficaz e eficiente nas organizações intensivas de conhecimento por proporcionar o alcance dos objetivos individuais e organizacionais. As Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) são local natural da criação e partilha do conhecimento através de suas atividades de ensino e pesquisa. Torna-se então propício conhecer os fatores facilitadores e dificultadores da partilha do conhecimento neste contexto. O objetivo desta revisão sistemática é identificar os fatores existentes na literatura e os temas abordados. Estes podem ser verificados no nível individual, organizacional, tecnológico e de comunicação. A metodologia utilizada é a revisão sistemática da literatura que possibilitou a análise da produção acadêmica sobre o tema na Web of Science. Os principais fatores determinantes do ensino superior são relacionados aos indivíduos, portanto de caráter intrínseco seguidos dos organizacionais pelas condições ofertadas e percebidas nas instituições e as tecnológicas e de comunicação em virtude das habilidades e competências no uso de sistemas e interações sociais.

Knowledge sharing as a knowledge-management process becomes an important factor to be considered in higher education institutions, as it is characterized as an effective and efficient strategy in knowledge-intensive organizations for individual and organizational objectives achievement. Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are the natural place for knowledge creation and sharing through their teaching and research activities. It then becomes propitious to know the factors that facilitate and hinder knowledge sharing in this context. This paper is a systematic review that identifies the factors discussed in the literature and the topics covered, which can be verified at the individual, organizational, technological, and communication levels. Using the systematic review as a research methodology has enabled the analysis of the academic production on the subject in Web of Science. We found that the main determinants factors of higher education are related to individuals, and so they present an intrinsic character. These factors are followed by the organizational ones due to conditions there are offered and perceived in the institutions, and by the technological and communication ones due to employees’ skills and competences in social interactions and use of systems.
