Resumo

Os laços sociais são vistos como principais fontes de benefícios para os indivíduos, incluindo informações não redundantes, suporte social e status, bem como responsabilidades. A consciência de uma comunidade de interesses e de valores entre pessoas tem sido a base para a compreensão das redes de relacionamentos, a participação delas tem envolvido direitos, responsabilidades e vários níveis de tomada de decisão. Nesse contexto, tem-se como objetivo geral analisar a estrutura das relações interpessoais informais entre os servidores públicos municipais da Câmara Municipal de Sant’Ana do Livramento à luz da Análise de Redes Sociais. Para tanto, adotou-se o método de Análise de Redes Sociais em que, coletou-se informações dos servidores públicos sobre as relações de troca de informação, amizade e confiança que estabelecem no ambiente de trabalho. Utilizou-se o software Gephi 0.9.1 para construir e analisar a rede a partir das métricas de nó (de grau, autovetor, proximidade e intermediação), e de rede (densidade e modularidade). A partir da identificação das redes, pode-se verificar que a independente do cargo que exercem os servidores públicos da Câmara Municipal, sejam efetivos, em comissão ou estagiários, todos, tem a mesma importância diante das relações interpessoais evidenciadas, independentemente da hierarquia formalmente estabelecida. Outrossim, percebeu-se com esta análise de redes sociais que as medidas matemáticas utilizadas (métricas) para o processamento das informações das redes são de fundamental importância para o entendimento das relações interpessoais estabelecidas no interior das organizações.

The awareness of a community of interests and values ​​between people has been the basis for understanding networks of relationships, their participation has involved rights, responsibilities and various levels of decision making. In this context, the general objective is to analyze the structure of informal interpersonal relationships between municipal civil servants of the Municipality of Sant’Ana do Livramento in the light of the Analysis of Social Networks. For that, the Social Network Analysis method was adopted, in which information was collected from public servants about the relations of information exchange, friendship and trust that they establish in the work environment. The Gephi 0.9.1 software was used to build and analyze the network based on node metrics (degree, eigenvector, proximity and intermediation), and network (density and modularity). Based on the identification of the networks, it can be seen that regardless of the position held by the public servants of the City Council, whether they are effective, on commission or interns, they all have the same importance in view of the interpersonal relationships shown, regardless of the hierarchy formally established . Furthermore, it was realized with this analysis of social networks that the mathematical measures used (metrics) for the processing of information from networks are of fundamental importance for the understanding of interpersonal relationships established within organizations.
