Resumo

O estudo tem como objetivo verificar as práticas de logística reversa adotadas pelas empresas localizadas na região Oeste de Santa Catarina. Nesta pesquisa, a logística reversa relaciona-se com as práticas de sustentabilidade. Os procedimentos metodológicos caracterizam a pesquisa como descritiva, de levantamento e quantitativa. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de questionário aplicado aos gestores, responsáveis ou proprietários de um universo de 60 empresas, das quais 40 retornaram a pesquisa. Os resultados revelam que as práticas de Logística Reversa implementadas nos estabelecimentos que compõe a amostra do estudo, são motivadas pelos aspectos ambientais, ou seja, os estabelecimentos se preocupam em atender a legislação ambiental, com o descarte correto dos resíduos, com a poluição e demais aspectos que possam impactar negativamente o meio ambiente. As variáveis independentes denominadas motivações econômicas e motivações sociais não apresentaram significância estatística na variável dependente denominada logística reversa.

The study aims to verify the reverse logistics practices adopted by companies located in the western region of Santa Catarina. In this research, reverse logistics is related to sustainability practices. The methodological procedures characterize the research as descriptive, survey and quantitative. Data collection took place by means of a questionnaire applied to managers, managers or owners of a universe of 60 companies, of which 40 returned to the survey. The results reveal that the Reverse Logistics practices implemented in the establishments that compose the study sample, are motivated by environmental aspects, that is, the establishments are concerned with complying with environmental legislation, with the correct disposal of waste, with pollution and other aspects that may negatively impact the environment. The independent variables called economic and social motivations did not show statistical significance in the dependent variable called reverse logistics.
