Reumo
The objective of the article was to verify and analyze the relationship between the levels of individual (IL), group (GL) and organizational (OL) learning in the supermarket context. The theoretical contribution of this study is to support the debate posed by Bido et al. (2010; 2011) about the occurrence of the three levels of learning that depends on the circumstances and nature of the content to be learned and that they differentiate within organizations. Therefore, the article brings the specifics of learning in the Brazilian context of the supermarket segment. Data were collected through the application of a physical questionnaire to 100 workers. The analysis of the data and the four hypotheses raised was by modeling structural equations and using the SmartPLS software, whose constructs were measured as second-order latent variables (LV). The results showed that IL does not significantly impact GL or OL, invalidating hypotheses 1 and 2. However, GL significantly affects OL behavior, validating hypothesis 3. It is concluded that in the context of the supermarket studied, learning at the group level is considered especially relevant in the transition to OL, being understood as the means of entry to OL.
