Resumo

Resumo: O objetivo deste estudo consistiu em desenvolver o mapeamento da produção científica sobre os stakeholders em instituições de ensino superior. Trata-se de um estudo de análise bibliométrica, conduzido na base Web Of Science. Foram analisados 2.440 documentos, por meio de análise descritiva. Os resultados mostraram que: (1) há um crescente interesse e publicação sobre o tema; (2) a produção é realizada em vários periódicos; (3) existe uma pluralidade de subtemas relacionados a stakeholders. Contudo ainda não é possível considerar, a partir das publicações estudas neste artigo, que existe um campo teórico robusto sobre o tema, o que levanta necessidade de novos estudos.

Abstract: This study aimed to mapping the scientific production about stakeholders in higher education institutions. This is a bibliometric analysis study, conducted in the Web of Science database. 2,440 documents were analyzed through descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) there is a growing interest and publication on the topic; (2) production is carried out in several journals; (3) there is a plurality of sub-themes related to stakeholders. However, it is not yet possible to consider, based on the publications studied in this article, that there is a robust theoretical field on the subject, which raises the need for further studies.
