Resumo

O objetivo do trabalho consiste em identificar o grau de satisfação acadêmica dos alunos dos cursos de ensino superior do Campus de Palmeira das Missões da UFSM. A satisfação no geral é considerada positiva, principalmente quando relacionada ao curso dos participantes. Os dados foram analisados de forma quantitativa, com a utilização de testes estatísticos que diagnosticou diferenças significativas de comportamento nas variáveis de perfil, sexo, curso, idade e se o discente trabalha ou não. Aponta-se, as diferenças notaram-se mais díspares nos cursos, uma vez que os cursos de Administração tanto diurno como noturno mostram-se mais satisfeitos em alguns aspectos, enquanto que outros avaliam de forma incipiente alguns fatores como o prazo de entrega das tarefas, além da relação com o investimento colocado para realização do curso e a formação obtida.

The objective of this study is to identify the degree of academic satisfaction of students in higher education Campus de Palmeira das Missões.da UFSM. Satisfaction in general is considered positive, especially when related to the course of the participants. Data were analyzed quantitatively using statistical tests that diagnosed significant differences in behavior in the variables of profile, sex, course, age and whether the student works or not. It is pointed out that the differences were found to be more disparate in the courses, since the courses of Administration both day and night are more satisfied in some aspects, while others evaluate in an incipient way some factors as the delivery time of the tasks , besides the relation with the investment placed to carry out the course and the obtained training.
