Resumo

Este estudo foi construído para entender se no processo de transmissão de gestão nas empresas familiares as estratégias financeiras são alteradas, dessa maneira foram selecionadas três empresas com no mínimo dez anos de atividade onde já tenha ocorrido troca na gestão financeira e analisaram-se as estratégias que eram tomadas no inicio da organização e as que são tomadas atualmente com o intuito de entender a evolução e as mudanças ocorridas, para tal utilizou-se de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre estratégias financeiras e empresas familiares, pesquisa documental, análise de múltiplos estudos de caso e registro de observação sistemática, os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas estruturadas sobre as estratégias financeiras de Hoji (2014). Dessa forma a pesquisa explorou os casos em profundidade e ao final do estudo mostrou como algumas estratégias foram alteradas com o tempo da mesma maneira nos três casos, já algumas estratégias permanecem desde o inicio das empresas, mostrando possibilidades de estudo.

This study was constructed to understand if in the process of transmission of management in the familiar companies the financial strategies are changed, in this way were selected three companies with at least ten years of activity where there has already been a change in financial management and analyzed the strategies that were taken at the beginning of the organization and those that are currently taken in order to understand the evolution and the changes that took place. For this purpose a bibliographical review on financial strategies and family companies, documentary research, analysis of multiple case studies and systematic observation, the data were collected through structured interviews on Hoji's financial strategies (2014). In this way the research explored the cases in depth and at the end of the study showed how some strategies were changed over time in the same way in the three cases, some strategies have remained since the beginning of the companies, showing possibilities of study.
