Resumo

Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar se e como um Quadro Institucional contribui para a emergência de inovações sociais. De cunho qualitativo e quantitativo, o estudo se apoiou em dados secundários como do Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária (INCRA), Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), Agência Nacional do Petróleo (ANP) e Food And Agriculture Organization (FAO). Também se insere uma análise bibliométrica compreendendo o período de 2008 a 2018, para se ter um panorama do campo acerca do selo combustível social. Como principias resultados o estudo evidencia a capacidade de o Quadro Institucional do selo combustível social para a criação de emprego e renda junto agricultores familiares, promovendo inovação social por meio da inclusão produtiva de significativa parcela de pequenos agricultores familiares.

This study aimed to investigate whether and how an Institutional Framework contributes to the emergence of social innovations. Qualitative and quantitative, the study was supported by secondary data such as the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA), Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), National Petroleum Agency (ANP) and Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). ). Also included is a bibliometric analysis covering the period from 2008 to 2018, to give an overview of the field about the social fuel seal. As main results the study highlights the capacity of the Institutional Framework of the social fuel seal to create jobs and income with family farmers, promoting social innovation through the productive inclusion of a significant portion of small family farmers.
