Resumo

As cooperativas estão procurando cada vez mais melhorar o seu processo educacional, onde a extensão universitária com ações socioeducativas interdisciplinares mostra-se como grande aliada nas mesmas. Desta forma esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de identificar as contribuições de um projeto de extensão no atendimento do 5º princípio do cooperativismo sob ótica do seu público alvo. Este estudo trata-se de uma pesquisa quali-quatitativa, com característica descritiva. Na coleta de dados realizou-se entrevistas, aplicados questionários, para a elaboração deste documento foi criado um modelo nortear com três constructos baseados nos autores Schneider(2003 e 2006) e Amodeo(2008 e 2010). Nos resultados se destacou a evolução e motivação dos cooperados no conhecimento do cooperativismo, a importância da universidade ir além de seus muros e da cooperativa investir no processo educacional. Como conclusão a importância dessa troca de saberes de cooperativa com a universidade.

Cooperatives are increasingly looking to improve their educational process, where university extension with interdisciplinary socio-educational actions is shown to be a great ally in them. In this way, this research aims to identify the contributions of an extension project in meeting the 5th principle of cooperativism from the perspective of its target audience. This study is a qualitative and quantitative research, with a descriptive characteristic. The results highlighted the evolution and motivation of the members in the knowledge of cooperatives, the importance of the university going beyond its walls and the cooperative investing in the educational process.
